Joe and I had been discussing moving into a retirement community for several years. We have known folks who have lived in at least eight such places in the Memphis area and have visited most of these facilities -- lovely places! But Town Village is the one that, through prayer and several visits here, seemed just right for us. What a good decision! The personnel have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs -- and wants! From doing needed as well as requested renovations, Town Village has met our every request. Having lived here now for almost four months, we are experiencing "for real" the first impressions we had, such as kind and friendly residents, great food, varied activities, appropriate amenities, and even available transportation and medical help. And we love our apartment and think that we are blessed to have the best location, the best parking spaces -- just everything we need to continue living productive lives. Marilyn Thweatt

I tried hard to think of something that would lower my score to 4 stars because nothing can be perfect, but try as I might I couldn't think of anything. The food is great and at each meal there are options enough to satisfy most any taste. There were a couple of minor things wrong with my apartment when I moved in, but they were taken care of immediately. I needed more shelf space in my closet and new shelves were installed without cost to me. There are activities available for anyone that wants to keep busy or to improve their quality of life. I could go on and on about the efficiency and friendliness of the staff and all the other amenities that make this truly home, but until you experience it you really can't know the pleasant feeling that begins at day one and continues to grow.

If I could give them a 10-star rating I would. I decided to book a10 day stay there just to see if I liked it and to my surprise, I loved it. The staff, the people, activities, the food and everything else was just awesome. I cant wait to go back , but I'm not quite ready to make it my preminate home yet because I still have some health procedures to get through first. Mu goal is to be able to move in by the first of the year.

This is such a lovely place! The vibe is friendly and caring, and every employee I've met is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and helpful. Every resident I've met is welcoming and kind. I'm so grateful my mother is here, I know she's safe, happy, and has a ton of options for activities and events that provide opportunities for a full and active social life. The staff has truly focused on providing an ideal environment for its residents and I appreciate it, as does my mom!
