Shakitrea Tate (Kiki) at OPUS Senior Living, I cannot say enough wonderful things about her exceptional service and dedication in helping spearhead my Mom’s move. She made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel so much easier. She was always available, incredibly responsive, and consistently motivating and encouraging throughout the entire journey. Her communication, professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail were truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that my Mom felt supported every step of the way. I am extremely grateful for all she did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers outstanding service! I highly recommend Opus Senior Living to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and welcoming community for themselves or a loved one. Opus is a magnificent senior living community, offering options for every stage of need. The leadership and staff are absolutely top notch. Conveniently located in East Memphis, it’s ideal for anyone from Germantown to downtown. Working with them is such a pleasure. Highly recommend.

I go to Opus once a week & give Communion and everytime I walk in the door I feel like I am at a spa!!! The smell in there is AMAZING!!! Pamela Jackson the Supervisor of Housekeeping & her team are just knocking it out of the park. I don’t think I have smelled many places in my life that smell that good!!! Plus the landscaping is sheer perfection! Last but definitely not least, Gretchen who is at the front desk with her welcoming smile, mind of a computer, is spectacular !! What a wonderful person to see every morning. Great job Opus!!!

Opus is a top notch senior living community. The staff is kind, attentive, and really cares about the residents. It feels welcoming and very well run. They really make it feel like home. One thing that really stands out is the food. Chef Chris and the kitchen staff do an excellent job preparing delicious and healthy meals for the residents. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Overall, it’s a great place with a caring team and a positive atmosphere.
