I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living community. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and kindness, and it quickly became clear that this is a place where residents are treated with the utmost care and respect. The activities offered here are fantastic, keeping residents engaged, active, and connected with one another. Whether it's arts and crafts, exercise classes, or social events, there's always something fun and meaningful to participate in. The variety of programs ensures there's something for everyone, fostering a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The top-notch administration is attentive, responsive, and truly dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for residents and their families. They listen to concerns, provide updates regularly, and make sure everything runs smoothly, which gives great peace of mind. The in-house therapy services are exceptional as well. My wife was discharged from the hospital with notice to go to a registered nursing facility. Our daughters came from out of town and started looking at facilities close to our east Memphis home that they thought we would like. When we first walked into HarborChase, now StoryPoint, we were impressed with the attractive design and decoration of the facility. We took a tour and immediately wanted to move in. The facility is convenient to our son’s house and all the places we like. One of the first things we noticed was how friendly the staff was. They are all so helpful and greet us by name every time they see us. Our apartment has a balcony which was an added amenity we really enjoy. The food menu has a large variety of selections and the choices are always very tasty. There is always something to keep us occupied - short travel videos and devotion in the mornings and physical and mental exercises in the afternoon. We have bingo on Saturday and a movie on Sunday afternoon. Outdoor activities include picnic at Shelby Farms, tours of Christmas lighting decorations and trips to the movie theater and local restaurants. There is professional entertainment every Friday. We have made many wonderful friends here, often playing board games, working puzzles and having socials. We are really enjoying StoryPoint as our senior living facility.

My mother has lived at StoryPoint for going on 2 years. She was embraced by staff and residents from day one! Tony engaged Mom in activities right off the bat. She considers her apartment at StoryPoint home and her children could not be happier knowing she's in kind, caring hands.
