As with any community that accommodates so many individuals, it's impossible to make everyone happy. However, having gotten to personally interact with several in current leadership roles, I have no doubt that they want to do their absolute best for their residents. I've gotten to know a number of the residents there as well and all have told me about good experiences living there. I would certainly be happy to move my family there if needed.

My family and friends had shared their struggles regarding navigating the senior care facilities for their love ones but my mom and I were fortunate to have happened upon Sheridan at Oak Brook. Not only does it fit Moms desired location and things most important to her but the staff Mrs. Mitchell and the team there really shared their knowledge of the industry through their handling of myself and Mom. The professionalism and kindness really captured and meet our needs. Thanks for making the next chapter in our lives comfortable

Unfortunately The Sheridan Oak Brook has gone completely downhill. The management has turned over and over and they are cutting back to the point that the care of the residents is greatly been affective. The food is terrible. The wait at the dining room for food is extreme. The Independent living residents and assisted living residents aren't allowed to eat in the same dining room which is sad. The wait time when a resident presses a button for assistance can be over an hour. Don't be fooled by the nice foyer.
