The Roosevelt at Salt Creek

We recently moved my mom into The Roosevelt at Salt Creek, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff is compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to making residents feel at home. The community is well-maintained, and my mom has already started participating in many of the activities, which has helped her settle in so comfortably. The upcoming renovations are exciting —I’ve seen the plans, and the community is going to look absolutely gorgeous! The apartments are really nice, great amenities and the closet and bathrooms are beautiful. We considered other communities, but the renovations were an important aspect to my mom’s decision to live here. A special shoutout to Hilary in sales, who has been absolutely fabulous throughout the entire process. She’s gone above and beyond to make this transition smooth for my mom, and my family. We’re so grateful for the positive impact The Roosevelt has had on my mom’s well-being, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant senior living community for a family member.

The Roosevelt at Salt Creek is a truly special place that feels like home. The staff is not only professional but also incredibly warm and caring.They treat every resident with kindness, patience, and respect. They go above and beyond to make sure residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a wonderful sense of community here. Residents enjoy engaging activities, delicious meals, and a supportive environment with a focus on quality of life. My beloved Mum moved into Roosevelt after my Dad died. She was reluctant at first ( as so many potential residents are) , within a few days she felt comfortable to join in some activities. It was the wonderful well trained, experienced employees that really made the difference, especially Dariela. My heartfelt gratitude goes to her for not just helping with Mum but the sincere fondness she had for her. Mum lived at Roosevelt for 5 years until her passing summer of 2024. Other employees who went above and beyond to make Mum content were Maureen, Joe and Linda. On another positive note we looked at other Retirement homes in our area and Roosevelt was the most economical choice for us. Thank you .

You will not find better people to take great care of your loved ones. I put my father in Independent living in 2021. In 2023 he needed to move to assisted living. The entire staff from Dariella in in office to Maureen, Fiona and Sonia at front desk you know they care about residents. On the assisted living floor they always provided great care. Eve and her crew Ernestine, Sonia Krystina and Ewelina along with the dinner staff always took great care of my father. they became family to me. There was always entertainment. Heaven forbid if I ever interrupted my dads Bingo. Rest easy if you have to entrust the care of a loved one with these fines women. Blessed to call them friends.
