We toured several places while trying to decide where to place my grandmother, and choosing The Residences at Thomas Circle ended up being one of the best decisions our family could have made. From the very beginning, the administration and nursing staff stood out in a way that immediately put us at ease. They didn’t just talk about care, they showed it in how they listened, how they answered our questions, and how they treated my grandmother as a whole person, not just a resident. TBH I kind of wishes it was me staying there. Making this transition is emotional and scary, and we carried a lot of worry about whether she would truly feel safe, comfortable, and seen. But the team here took the time to learn her routines, her personality, and the little things that matter to her day-to-day. That level of attentiveness meant everything to us. Communication has always been thoughtful and reassuring, and we’ve consistently felt supported and included in her care. The environment is warm, clean, and genuinely caring, and you can feel the heart behind how this community is run. Most importantly, we know she is safe, respected, and treated with real kindness every day, which is a RELIEF since I don’t live close by.

I wanted to share my recent experience touring The Residents of Thomas Circle. To my pleasant surprise, I was able to schedule a tour at a time that was convenient for me, and I was delighted to find that the visit exceeded my expectations. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The Resident Service Director was fantastic in answering all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. The atmosphere was genuinely warm and inviting. It was heartening to see the actual residents looking happy and content to live there. The dining room was spotless, and the food looked freshly prepared and appetizing. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised when the Director of The Residents of Thomas Circle stopped to introduce themselves to me. It truly added a personal touch to the visit and made me feel even more confident in the quality of care provided. Thank you for making the tour such a positive and informative experience.

I want to just say to everybody looking for a place to live the community is beautiful! The food is wonderful, everyone is nice. Donna Gayles is a very, very beautiful person and I my review for her all I can say she’s a great person to talk to explain things about the life at Thomas Circle to you and help you with the situations. I give her a 10 out of 10 and above better than Karamo! I thank you so much Thomas Circle. I have a friend who is a currently a happy resident there and hopefully I’ll be a resident there soon too!

My dear mother is living her best life, thanks to the Residences at Thomas Circle. She has a comfy apartment in the assisted living section. The staff strike a perfect balance of being on hand when she needs help while giving her space to live with as much independence as possible. We are super impressed with the caring professionalism of all the staff, medical, dining, activities, administrative, janitorial, you name it, they are terrific. The on-site physical therapy, hair salon, bistro, and movie theater are great resources that contribute to the high quality of life my mother is experiencing. The other residents are friendly and welcoming. My mom and I love spending time with this new group of friends. We often share a cup of coffee and conversation in the bistro. The Residences at Thomas Circle is wonderful in every way!
