It was a good experience,the interviewer was nice,calm cordial and well mannered, did not make me nervous and she explained to me what to expect. I would like to thank the ADON Mrs C Smith and the Nursing interviewing team for taking time out of their busy schedule to talk to me. They are a great team. They were nice calm, cordial ,well coordinated team like family.

Carrol Manor was a breath of fresh air in the midst of an emergency. They nursed my grandfather back to health from August to October. The staff have excellent communication and answered any questions our family had regarding insurance, healthcare, and meals. I would recommend this facility because the staff goes above and beyond. Thank you to the business office, the staff on the 5th floor, and the transition team for taking care of my grandfather when he was in a vulnerable state. We appreciate everything. Thank you!

Our experience at this facility was warm and welcoming. All staff we encounter were very professional and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and everyone was engaged and the facility looked very well kept 👌.
