I was blown away when I took my mom to tour this beautiful place. They did an outstanding job and it’s where luxury meets comfort. The staff went above and beyond to answer all of our questions, ensuring we fully understood the level of care and lifestyle offered. My mom is looking forward to her next step!

Balfour Palisades is a beautiful, bright and luxurious community with a very convenient location and access to all the hot spots in D.C.! Alphonso and his team are warm, welcoming and super friendly. The team's knowledge and expertise in senior living brings a level of understanding and perspective to the process of moving into a community that offers amazing care in a comfortable and elegant environment. I highly recommend Balfour at Palisades for anyone looking for a home for their loved one!

OMG...this place is simply FABULOUS! If you are looking for all inclusive community for your parent, look no further then Balfour Palisades! The art deco design is second to none and the care support offerings when and if needed can be offered in your apartment suite of choice. 3 dining venues...if only I could move in!!!!
