The facility is clean however, some of the staffs are so unprofessional. Last week Tuesday, I was there and a male staff was so disrespectful to some of the residents and same thing happened today. Brittany one of the staff had organized what she themed a party however, it was chaotic. She place a long table across the entrance where one of the residents on walker tripped over the table, she threw one of the Christmas hat 🎩 at a resident while forcing some other residents to put on their hat for a photo disrespectfully. One of the residents confided in me saying that’s how she behaves towards every resident there and they’re so afraid of speaking up about it because they don’t want to be kicked out of their apartments which I see as a retaliatory action if such thing has ever happened. Brittany needs to go work at dollar tree and not with residents who deserves care, patience, empathy, kindness of which she lacks. Thank you!

The Oaks at Plainfield is a beautiful Independent Living community for our seniors! There are so many amenities that are provided for the seniors like meals, utilities, activities and so much more!

The Oaks at Plainfield is a lovely community. Perfect for seniors 55 and over who are needing a more carefree lifestyle. They offer delicious meals, housekeeping and transportation and a calendar full of activities. The staff really look out for the residents.
