Care
Assisted Living
A living option for seniors or individuals who require assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or medication management while maintaining a level of independence. Assisted living facilities offer personalized care plans and social activities that promote quality of life for their residents.
Memory Care
Memory care communities offer specialized care and support for individuals dealing with memory-related conditions, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. These facilities are equipped with trained staff and offer engaging activities designed to promote well-being while ensuring a safe living environment.
Respite Care
Respite care is short-term or temporary care. Respite care can be provided in adult day centers, in private homes via home health agencies and in senior living communities, most often assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.

I have been the maintenance director here for nearly 5 years. I love this building, our staff, and our residents. I have overseen a complete renovation here bringing it to the bright and modern place it is today. I enjoy the ability to join in on activities with the residents such as attending baseball games, and card games in our men’s only group. I would recommend anyone to live or work here!

Dropped off a package at your establishment. Was really impressed with the way your staff interacted with the people who live their. Very kind and friendly. Also very clean. When the time comes for me to look for a place for my mother I will definitely keep this place in mind.

Thank You Prestwick for hosting a wonderful Thanksgiving Celebration yesterday. It was a pleasure to be a part of a wonderful experience. Your hospitality was amazing and the food was spectacular. Thanks to all of you for your kindness and taking care of our loved ones.

So pleased with the memory care unit for the care of my family member. A special shout-out to two staff members at IV in particular: the memory care director, Sierra, is amazing and caring; and my billing questions have been answered promptly and thoroughly by Jessie, the property administrator--love that they take great pride in what they do to make the residents' lives better!
