Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Camby, Indiana, Worthington Place Assisted Living provides simple-living charm with the amenities of the big city. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.

An amazing facility! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. You can see a genuine desire to do what's best for the residents in everyone who works there. The environment is also just so peaceful. Such a wonderful place!!

My father has only been there a couple of months so far, but he already seems happier and healthier. It's a great facility. The staff and the community treat everyone like family. They go out of their way to tey to include him in activities, even though he has always been a very anti social person.

This was the best decision our family made placing my father Donald I felt that all the staff/nursing care were top notch & treated him like he was there own family member with love & care. I can't think of any single staff member that I single out because all the staff treated him with so much care thank you for making his last years as comfortable as it could have been for him. Donald will be missed.

Wonderful experience with Worthington Place! The team here went above and beyond to help my mother settle in. The rooms are spacious, the atmosphere is upbeat, and most importantly, she is safe and happy. Thank you to everyone here for all your help during this move!
