This facility is truly amazing. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. They are always actively engaged with the residents, creating a positive and caring environment. The residents consistently appear happy, well cared for, and involved in activities. It’s clear that this community genuinely prioritizes both quality care and quality of life.

I’ve been coming to Worthington Place for about 4 years now, with my mother, since she started working there and I have to say. Worthington is a home away from home. The residents are fun to hangout with. I like volunteering and helping with some of the activities there. I enjoy the positive atmosphere. All the people that work there are nice, caring very friendly.

Very caring staff! Everyone in the building works as a team and they treat you like family. We were given cell phone numbers to stay in touch with staff if we needed anything and that is a huge peace of mind!

My sister and I needed to find an ECF for our 95 y/o mother as her health and memory declined. Worthington Place in Camby, IN was recommended to us by several people. From the time I made our appointment to tour the facility until the time of our mother's death, we were surrounded with care and kindness. My mother did not want to move out of my sister's home; she was afraid. Change is hard. She cried easily the first few days but by the end of the week she told us how nice the people were there. At home with us, my mother often seemed bored - just sitting and staring at the TV or at nothing at all. She had lost the ability to do most of the things she loved to do - cook, clean, read, craft. At Worthington, there were always people around. She was able to do simple activities with help. The staff were always there to hold her hand - figuratively and literally. We could see how they treated our mom, but we were also able to see how they treated the other residents. I never saw anyone say or do anything unkind, rude or unprofessional. Mom passed away at Worthington. She was under hospice care at that point; they were also wonderful. The Worthington staff were still the main care givers. They helped us navigate what to expect through mom's last days. They kept mom comfortable to the end. We will be forever grateful.
