Where do I start - From the very first interaction, Uptown Summit exceeded my every expectation. The level of professionalism, warmth, and genuine caring was on display —especially from Robyn. She was nothing short of outstanding. Robyn was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly attentive, taking the time to truly understand our needs rather than pressuring us to make a decision. There was only thoughtfulness and making sure their facility was a good fit for my mom’s needs. Every question was answered thoroughly, and every concern was met with compassion and expertise. The community itself reflects a higher-end assisted-living experience in every detail: beautifully maintained spaces, a welcoming atmosphere, and a clear commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality of life. It’s evident that this is a place where residents are not just cared for—but genuinely valued. Matt and Rosa are always keeping my loved one busy with interesting things to do. The river boat cruise outing was amazing, and she loves going out to eat at the restaurants! I would highly recommend coming to the summit!

I recently toured The Summit of Park Ridge Assisted Living and was incredibly impressed. The interior of the property is beautifully updated and exceptionally clean, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The staff stood out as especially friendly, compassionate, and attentive—clearly dedicated to the well-being of their residents. The location is another major plus—centrally located in the heart of uptown Park Ridge, making it convenient for both residents and visiting family.
