    Great place for retired people. Pleasant, friendly staff, responsive to suggestions, appreciate new ideas. Remember names and like/dislikes. Has a great assortment of activities and interests to appeal to everyones' tastes.

    Recently toured Parkwood Estates to try and move my mom out of Rigden Farms. Staff were very knowledgeable and the woman who gave the tour was fantastic! Building looks a little old on the outside, but the interior, the rooms, and accommodations were amazing! Will be moving Mom as soon as we are able!

    My grandma just got a nice little place here and it seems to be treating her well so far. She likes the activities, the offerings for transportation around town, and the people. Her little apartment is pretty neat and has everything she needs. The dining facilities are pretty nice too. Their chef does a pretty good job. The Christmas decorations have everything looking very festive and bright. Overall I think it offers senior folks a pretty great alternative to living on their own.

    There is no bus driver. No housekeeping. Food is definitely not chef prepared. Not enough servers in dining room. The good caring people are leaving. There seems to be no help from corporate as they seem to be more careful about where to put a piece of paper than the needs of the residents. What does "corporate" plan to do to help Parkwood Estates. It seems like not much.
