I’ve lived here sine September of last year year. I’m in a one bedroom. I just love it here. There are so many activities and the staff is great…. Jonathan, Kai and Annabelle. I play pickleball, whenever we reserve the court, Hand & Foot card came which is 3 times a week. There is a movie theater here, a pub where we have Happy Hour.. We’re soon to be planning Corn Hole . If you can’t drive, there are residents that have signed up to drive… or Saints or Z-Trip is available. A real good feature of living here is that you can walk to Target or Sprouts or a number of other businesses and restaurants.

The maintenance staff at Affinity Fort Collins is superb. Timely, professional and courteous. They are the best!!! Affinity is a remarkable place to live. I couldn’t have made a better choice.

This is the first place I looked at and was so amazed & impressed by the staff. Ramona & Jonathan were so Kind, Helpful, Professional and I felt like they were family from the moment I walked in the door and said to myself “This feels like Home”. Ramona took her time with me as we toured this beautiful facility. I knew immediately that this was the place for me and hoped all would work out. Ramona & Jonathan helped me with each step and within the week I was signing a lease! I’m so grateful! I’ve met so many lovely people . So kind, helpful and caring. Each person I’ve met has only good things to say about the staff here and how happy they are here and tell me I’m going to love it here. They are right!!! I’ve attended several events and this is my first week here. I tell my friends when they ask how I like living at Affinity …”Well I liken it to a Cruise Ship, without an ocean !” What a wonderful community Affinity of Fort Collins has created. I love the pianos that have recently arrived as residents have donated. I plan to play on the Baldwin upright donated by Tom & his dear wife . Also a gorgeous baby grand just arrived the other day! This truly is a healing place for me in so many ways! God Bless you - AFFINITY!

Affinity at Fort Collins has been our home for over 5 years. We loved our experience with friendly neighbors and awesome staff while there. We recommend it for anyone aged 55+ who love many activities i.e., swimming, exercise room, woodworking, cards, crafts, games, family room, and pub. And, small pets are welcome with their own groom room and playground!
