My apartment was bright and sunny with a great view from the East side of the building. My car was protected by the garage and although it seemed to be a long walk bringing in groceries it was good to know the car was protected. I can't say enough about how wonderful the office staff were and the care the maintenance staff gave, they made me feel safe and well protected. If I had an issue they were right there with big smiles and friendly conversations. The residents are very welcoming and want to be as helpful as possible. Everyones friendly and social activities will fill your life with fun and laughter. There are endless possibilities and fun to be had. Best wishes to all!

I am enjoying all aspects of living at Affinity. The staff is amazing, always ready to help. The building is immaculate and the new housekeeper keeps the place very clean. The amenities are fun and there is always something to do. But the absolute best thing about the community is the people that live here.

Twice now, I’ve posted a one star review and both have been removed. The concept of the business is great. However, there are about a dozen bitter tenants, who will get in your face if you do not agree with their political/religious beliefs. The management never does a thing about them…which is a shame because it could have been almost pleasant. When I moved out the management acknowledged they were aware of aggressive behavior of the “mean girls” and said I wasn’t the first and won’t be the last to leave because of the actions from the dirty dozen. It’s sad that the many nice people there don’t attend the events to avoid these “ladies”.
