Flourish Collection at Oakland Charter Township

My family and I are beyond grateful for the amazing care and energy at flourish . What truly sets this place apart are the incredible activities led by Kim and Klara. These two have such a gift for bringing joy, connection, and laughter to the residents every single day. Whether it’s themed parties, music therapy, games, crafts, or creative memory care activities, there is always something meaningful and fun going on. Kim and Klara put so much thought and heart into everything they do. You can tell they genuinely love what they do—and it shows in how the residents light up around them. The environment here is warm, welcoming, and filled with life. My loved one is more engaged and happy than I’ve seen in a long time. We truly feel like part of a community here, not just a facility. Thank you to Kim and the entire team for creating such a beautiful, uplifting space for our seniors.

Our family toured his beautiful facility this week. We had a wonderful experience. We were treated with compassion, all of our questions were answered. There was no pressure. All levels of care were explained and the financial details were clear cut. The residents were clean and comfortable, out of their rooms enjoying music, sitting in sunrooms, or enjoying meals in the beautiful cafeteria. The staff was friendly and caring, our community liaison Laura was a gem, one of those rare people who are professional , knowledgeable and most important, a person who makes a personal connection to you. I highly recommend.

The activities at flourish are truly the heart of this place. I’m constantly amazed by the creativity, effort, and passion that goes into every event. From daily exercise classes and trivia games to themed socials, live entertainment, and memory-enhancing programs—there’s always something fun and engaging happening. What I love most is how the team personalizes activities to match the interests and abilities of each resident. You can tell the staff genuinely care about making each day special. My grandmother has reconnected with hobbies she thought she’d forgotten, and she looks forward to the calendar each week. Special shoutout to the activity team—they bring so much energy, compassion, and joy into the lives of the residents. It’s not just about keeping people busy; it’s about helping them feel seen, valued, and connected. I’m so thankful we chose this community

My father in law has been living at Blossom Springs for almost 2 years now, in memory care. We took him out of C*brook, and we are so glad we did! Pretty sure if he would have stayed there he would have died! Blossom Springs has been a blessing for our family. He receives excellent care, and it’s customized to his needs. They keep him active, they keep him hydrated, and he loves the food! His quality of life has been great living at Blossom Springs! Shout out to the amazing staff there, and also Zachary NP has been doing an excellent job managing his care. He was over sedated at the other place he was at, and Zachary brought him off of the antipsychotic medications and he’s doing wonderful!
