I moved into Affinity 3 weeks ago. Every single thing I need as a new widow is here. I feel comfortable & safe here. The building is secured 24/7. My apartment is 2bed/2bath w/ a nice entry way. My neighbors have been very friendly & welcoming. They offer different activities if one so chooses & are well planned. A nice library, game room, craft room, a room you can reserve for family events, swimming pool & a nice fire pit w/ lounge chairs. The staff is wonderful & willing to help you w/ anything you need. I strongly recommend this facility!

This has been an awesome place for my dad to live. The apartments are very nice and well maintained. The crew that supports the community is kind, friendly and very in touch with the residents. The residents care a lot for each other and are very supportive of each other. So many activities and options to stay busy. A great 6 years for my dad. Thank you.

Even though there are many neat amenities at Affinity, the real value of the place is its staff. I’m struck by how much care they have for the residents and their efforts to create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable community for the residents. I’m grateful for their approachability and responsiveness.

I love this place! They have wonderful grounds. There units are perfectly priced and thoughtfully designed. Lori does an exceptional job. She doesn't just manage the property, she cares for each member of the community. I desparetly wish other communities in Bellingham would learn from this community. They put the tenants fisrt in all that they do. These homes are real Gems in the PNW!💓 Come visit and see for yourself. With resonable rent you can afford to hire help for the services they don't provide. The communoty itself is full of caring neighbors who enjoy fun together, help each other, or even take trips around the world together. This is a place full of life, fun and love.
