Winslow Court

Winslow Court is more than an Assisted Living facility--- the place and every one of the employees have become family. I can't say enough about this place.... If you want a place for your mom or dad, in my case both, you won't find a better, more loving community than Winslow Court. They truly cared and loved for my parents. Highest praise and warmest feeling for everyone (Nurses, Kitchen and Dining staff, Cleaning/Facilities staff and the Administration). In particular the nursing staff watched over my parents, and I always knew that they were being cared for. Thanks goes out to Iris and her sister Tony, Alyssa, Tina, Mandy, Pat, Storm, Janet, Amanda, Kelli, Abraham-- the list goes on.

My father has been at Winslow for over a year and I cannot tell you how confident I feel when I leave that my father is taken care of and looked after. The staff are kind and loving; from caregivers to maintenance, housekeeping, food service, administration, etc., and they have a genuine interest in their residents' and the quality of their lives. The facility is clean and inviting. My father will live his last days at Winslow Court and for that I am thankful.

We just moved my dad into Winslow Court from Bonaventure a couple weeks ago. The difference is like night and day. The staff members at Winslow Court are happier, and that shows in their resident care. Today they were closing the dining room for a staff meeting, so the kitchen was delivering box lunches to any residents who hadn't had lunch yet. I have zero confidence that Bonaventure would have done the same. The residents at Winslow Court seem happier. At Bonaventure, you hardly ever see people out of their rooms, except at meal times. At Winslow Court, there are almost always people hanging out on the living room. The food at Winslow Court is so much better. The cooks actually know how to cook. If I had any complaint at all, it's just that guest meals are double what they charge at Bonaventure. We go and have dinner with my dad almost every evening, so that adds up. Winslow Court is costing us $3k/month less, for the same care, in a better atmosphere. Over all, I highly recommend this place.

The staff at Winslow Court are simply amazing. They are always so kind and helpful, even when things get stressful. My mom has been there for over a year now and it feels really good to know that she is in a very loving, supportive place. I sat with my mom today in the main area and it felt very comfortable to be there like it was our own living room.
