We toured Mackenzie’s place a while back and really liked what they had to offer. We placed our granddad on the waiting list, and didn’t have to wait long to get the call about an opening! Savannah gave our whole family the tour and answered the 101 questions we had about the place. Our granddad has been living here for about 2 months and is really enjoying himself! It is amazing to see him get to be social and surrounded by people his age. There are a TON of activities, a gym and even a full on movie theater. The staff are fantastic and always helpful. It’s in a very great location making it super easy for our whole family to stop by at any time. My boyfriend and I visit him at least once a week to see him, grab a cheap beer and eat at the restaurant (which I really have zero complaints about, the food is actually really good!) Overall Mackenzie’s place is a vibe, I might just need to put my name on the waiting list for when it’s my time haha

I come here to visit a family member of mine and my Uncle loves it here and has no complaints with the staff, but the little short haired gal who works the front desk on weekday afternoons is always so rude. You would think someone who's job involves hospitality would be a little friendlier, but interacting with her is dreadful every time. The other gal who works the desk is always so nice and helpful.

I am writing this review as a long time vendor to MacKenzie Place. I have been providing products and services to both the Ft. Collins and Colorado Springs locations for many years. Every time I am at either of the locations I keep telling myself, "this is where I would like to be"! Of course in the event I would be in a situation to have the opportunity. The very first thing anyone will notice if they were to visit is the absolute dedication the employees have to their residents. Friendly, concerned, caring, empathetic, and inspirational are just a few of the words that come to mind. The interaction between the employees and the residents is unbelievable. This I can attest to isn't just a "front of the house" show. As a vendor, I get to go behind the scenes as well and I can assure anyone that the heartfelt caring stretches way beyond the front reception desk. From the warm welcome upon arriving, the fantastic restaurant service, the memory care, the boutique and the swimming pool and therapy provided are just a few of the amenities I notice each and every time I visit. Regardless of what type of care I observe, everything is performed with absolute professionalism and just as important, they sincerely care. Thank you MacKenzie Place for providing such a 5 star facility!!

I've visited many times. The staff truly cares about the residents, but they're more than residents, they're family. The restaurant is top notch. The chef's entrees are delicious. MacKenzie place is always striving to improve. It would be an honor to have my parents live there.
