My mother lived her final days at Winslow Court and the quality of her care was outstanding including staff coordination with hospice care and clergy. Upon her passing my father, impressed by the staff, facilities, and quality of food, has now moved into Winslow Court in a single bed assisted living apartment. He appreciates how they are "always keeping an eye on me" but has the freedom to "live my life and do what I want when I want" as a strict schedule and/or needlessly bossy staff would make him miserable. The management treats their employees with respect and kindness, and this attitude carries forward in how the staff treats their residents. A well earned 5 star rating.

Winslow Court is a very wonderful place to live in. I’ve been living here for almost a year. The staff are phenomenal. They care so much about us. They have a lot of fun activities to do here. The executive director is fun and full of energy. She cares so much about everyone.

My mother has been there for two years. She loves it there. She has met some wonderful friends. And the staff is great. They do a lot of fun things with the residence daily. The food is really good. She is very happy there. Keli and the staff do a great job.

I have been in this business for many years and have had many clients in different facilities. This facility, is by far the worst in Colorado Springs. The director, Keli promises you the world but delivers you nothing. She is deceptive and only has money as her priority. Most of the staff are friendly to the families, but then there are some that think they know what's best for the resident than the family member. The administration has no idea how to treat family members or residents. When you walk down the hallways all you smell is urine. The hallways are long and eerie and not at all friendly. Please, do not think about putting your loved one here! Do your research, check out their penalties and what they've been fined for. Check out their complaints on neglect. I cannot say this enough, this is by far the worst facility in Colorado Springs.
