My husband and I were very impressed after taking a tour with Sales Director, Karen. She was well prepared and arranged for us to look at several one bedroom apartments. Everyone from the receptionist to the maintenance manager, chef, activity coordinator, and hair stylist greeted us with a welcoming smile and conversation. The residents we encountered were all friendly and willing to share some highlights of living there. We are looking to relocate my brother here. After looking at several facilities, this would be our first choice. Hopefully, it will be his too. ,

Several months ago, my younger sister took me by for a tour. It was quite a step for me to consider because I had already experienced so much change in the past year (including "taking my keys away from myself" and immediately selling my car). That and several other issues were enough challenges for me to deal with at the time of my visit. So I had real apprehension about taking the step to moving to such an option as Windsor Pointe. That said, Karen DeWeese was absolutely exceptional – from my first inquiry to first and second visits, to answering every question (some before I could think of them) and presenting everything about Windsor Pointe in the MOST fabulous fashion. She is a TREASURE and gave us a heckuva tour.! Windsor Pointe itself is FABULOUS – the overall property, the stunning lobby, the terrific apartments (always completely renovated prior to every new tenant!), the restaurant and refreshment options (OH MY GOSH!), amenities from the pool to the salon to the huge movie theater, the transportation options, the location and grounds, and on and on. Months later, I'm getting more comfortable with the idea of living in a lovely place like Windsor Pointe. You can bet when I do nail down the right time to make such a move, my first call will be to the sensational Karen DeWeese! (By the way, every other staff member I met was terrific... as were all the charming residents Karen introduced us to as we toured Windsor Pointe from top to bottom!)

We were seeking an understanding for comparison of the various independent living opportunities and we were delighted with an expanded concept of what community living might be. Karen Deweese Answered all of our questions question and anticipated most to give a comprehensive vision of the Windsor community. We met and spoke with tenants and surveyed various units. What’s not to like at Windsor Pointe. I arrived here June 30 and i’m glad i did. The management, staff and residents have welcomed me to this community of independent living folk. The food is generally well prepared, good and waitstaff are very friendly. There is a daily schedule of several activities to choose from and one can immerse oneself to what degree you wish. Some of the things I have enjoyed thus far are Bocce ball, the walking club, water aerobics, the cinema table games and of course swimming. There are onsite professional staff to help with pains of daily living if needed. One can go offsite to lunches with the lunch bunch and dinners are planned also. Transportation is available for Doctor appointments is available. Pretty much one stop shopping. I lost my wife recently. Just wish she could be here to enjoy this setting with me. I am doing well, life is good!
