Cypress Village Rehabilitation is the preeminent rehab facility in northeast Florida. I fought hard to be released to their care after open heart surgery. My goals were to increase strength, stamina and confidence without any secondary infections, blood clots or pneumonia. The staff from housekeeping to administration were professional, compassionate and exceeded expectations. They provided a safe space where I was able to heal and grow strong. My favorite teams were Physical Therapy (thanks to Andy, Lisa, Claudia and Toni) and Dining Services (thanks to Lamont Green, Nutritionist and Kitchen Staff). The daily menus are well thought out and provide many options including an "Always Available Substitution Menu". The food was more than palatable; it was flavorful and prepared with pride. Working tirelessly behind the scene was Deborah Andalora who coordinated insurance and home health services and equipment. All the nurses and CNAs were certified and patiently helped with my every need. They are managed by Joylynn Julien who also coordinated my medications in and out of the facility. I absolutely made the correct choice in having Cypress Village Rehab assist me in my transition. Thank you to everyone who contributed to my success and aided me in realizing my goals. Wishing you all the best!

We moved to Cypress in late Sept 2025 and have been assisted by so many of the employees. Recently, Scott with Security came to our house and gave us an excellent review of the security on our home supported by Cypress. Today, Reno Michelle at the front desk helped me with getting information into my wife’s data bank with Cypress. Michelle was very accommodating and informative with the information. We also received top service from Rupert Landscape on new sodding and getting the irrigation system programmed. We give kudos to the many top star employees at Cypress.

Put here after discharged from the hospital. They never checked on the patient, only came in to medicate with muscle relaxers, and didn't bother coming to their aid when called (nurses spent most of their time talking at the desk). Patient was wasting away in bed. Didn't bother to help them move to avoid bed sores. No physical therapy despite having a healing broken arm. I can't believe this place has positive reviews... Maybe if you're a healthy senior it's okay, but if you need actual healthcare, this might as well be a well-furnished morgue. EDIT: Apparently the patients had to yell and scream to get help... Even though they ignored the patients. This patient lost their voice from having to cry for help so frequently. HOW does this place have positive reviews!? I'm stunned to tears at this level of abuse...
