I love Cypress Village. The best move of my life! And I will recommend it to all my friends who will listen. The Concierge Desk is man by the most wonderful patient girls—Michelle, Shelly, Carolyn, Becca, Nancy. Tiffany is a wonderful smiling, always on time, housekeeper. I am delighted to have her clean my apartment. She shows me her crochet progress (I’m an avid knitter) and her Afghan is getting bigger every week. I want to grab it off her phone when she shows me the pictures!

The Front Desk is the heart and soul of Cypress Village. Michelle, Carolyn, Becca and Shelley take care of us, connecting and explaining every other function for us and our guests and families. They are always cheerful, accommodating and helpful. We interact with them daily and appreciate their dedication to Cypress Village. I must also mention Michael from Maintenance. He is always there for us, responding quickly and competently to every Maintenance Request. He makes me feel safer as much as the wonderful Security staff.

Rick and I have lived here at Cypress Village for 18 months now and like new to a retirement community, adjustments in your emotions are real and expected . As you manage all the new adjustments in your life, one event makes your new surroundings seem refreshing and rich. Everyone , everyplace has good and bad days , but back to refreshing, never so with Concierge. If they have an off day , they left it out the lobby door! This is called excellence in service, excellence in customer service. This can’t happen unless you personally own this intuitively. We are so grateful for their smiles, know are name always and share the best of their selves , you are so lucky Cypress Village to have the best! We honor these women with the highest respect! I am so impressed with the Health and Wellness Department. As someone who used to have family at Cypress Village it is comforting knowing that Cypress Village is still doing an amazing Job with resident outreach and care. Crissy and Ashley do an amazing job keeping everything organized as well as genuinely caring about the daily lives of the residents. Truly amazing people and amazing organization!
