To the staff, when a removal company comes in to transport a deceased they need to have their portion of the paperwork prefilled out and have “us” sign before leaving with the deceased. “We” really don’t need to be stoped in the hallways with a gurney filling out not just our part but yours as well. Have a nice day.

Windsong of Sonoma is a very caring facility. Their staff is most pleasant and willing to go the mile for the people who live there. It is very fun and uplifting they have so many programs going keeping my mother active thank you WindSong.

As someone familiar and intimate with the health care industry, I understand the difficulty and emotions when it comes to leaving a loved one under the care of a third party. While it’s important leaving your loved one in close proximity to you, I say with a heavy heart be very cautious of this facility and do thorough research before committing your loved one to them. While the trained caretakers are kind, this is still a business and the higher ups definitely prioritize revenue. There are severe safety concerns regarding furniture which can correlate to a high fall risk and thus potential injury. In addition, be very careful with items belonging to your loved one(s) as there is a high chance they could be misplaced/mishandled without proper consent. Overall, there are many memory care facilities in Sonoma County, please do your research prior to giving this company/business money.

One extra star for the caregivers. Otherwise what a frustrating experience. Still waiting, 3.5 months later, for an overdue refund after our mother's passing. The general manager, John, and the mystery accounting person will completely blow you off, ignoring your calls and emails. Always the usual, "I'll get right back to you..." I'm still waiting.
