I've never lived there but I use to donate my time to 2 residents there and they love it there. It's clean and safe. Each resident had no complaints about this complex. If my mother lived in this state I would recommend this property. Nice place to live.

A grateful acknowledgement to the staff here at Vintage Chateau. Especially to Maggie for her highly professional and kind assistance. The Maintenance Department has been quick to respond when we needed it. The neighbors here are friendly. One feels safe. The grounds are beautifully maintained. The location constantly impresses -- Restaurants, shopping, medical...Everything is within walking distance, Including the Senior Center across the street. Feeling appreciative and thankful to all who work here, making this our special senior home.

Positives: clean and safe apartment complex with affordable rates. Negatives: the staff. They are so disrespectful to the residents it's shocking. The staff constantly park in the visitor parking spaces, leaving no room for actual visitors. They treat residents like children, not only behaving rudely to residents, but demanding access at inconvenient times and taking forever to respond to maintenance requests. The complex is supposed to be 55+, but staff are allowed to bring their small children to live. Understandable except for the constant disruptive behavior. Last, staff have their families on-site with no real limits, but I've seen staff police the guests of residents strongly, almost bullying them. Management used to be friendly and reasonable, but the new staff are condescending and almost hostile. If you have other options, I'd recommend you strongly consider them, simply to have a peaceful place to call home.
