The apartments here are really nice. They have high ceilings, ceiling fans and windows that open up and down. Mounding throughout.

Enjoy living here. Beautiful courtyard with lots a places to sit and visit with family and neighbors as well as each apartment having a patio or balcony with storage closet. Gates all closed at night and have security patrols. Big shopping center right next door. Large City park across the street and a paved trail along the creek North of it. Bus stops right out front. A few minor maintenance problems in common areas (reason for 4 instead of 5 stars)but they keep my apartment well taken care and anything needing fixed done promptly.
