My mother Maria Z. has lived at Wilson Commons for several years. Unfortunately, due to health issues we had to move her. Our family wish to thank Management Rick and Rosa and staff for their outstanding job they do there taking care of things. We were impressed with their understanding, caring, concerns when incidents happen with my mother, they were so prompted in addressing these issues. They are patient and professional when handling concerns. Rick and Rosa are available to answer questions resolve situations immediately. I extremely appreciate them for all they have done. I also witness how they address other tenants there with respect and professionalism. I would recommend this place highly to others due to the great management team you have there. In these times you rarely find people who do great customer service and manage as Rick and Rosa. We were there yesterday, and we did Mr and Mrs santa 🎅 🧑🎄. I noticed how clean the whole place is. And the staff are so kind and caring to all the people. Everyone told me they like living there .They were a happy bunch .we will go back next year to see the people. With love, Janet

As an independent resident I really enjoy my living arrangements here and I hope they continue to be fairly as possible in dealing with me because I have to pay for a.situation that happened in my bathroom and caused my rent to go up 71 dollars another year and this does not include my rental anniversary day. But as always they have worked with me monetarily. But my income can only stand so much and I hope i can still afford to stay here if Wilson Commons doesent charge me so much. Otherwise I love it here and I will be getting renters insurance which I didnt know I needed.
