My mother-in-law lives here and loves it. She was so resistant to move after my father-in-law passed and now wishes she had done it sooner. We looked at a dozen or more places, Howard Village was the most friendly, cleanest, and what sold us was the longevity of the staff. Many of them have been there over ten years which is unheard of in Healthcare, I know this as I am a social worker. The nursing team is very kind and helpful even for the independent folks. She has made many new friends and is happier than we have seen her in a very long time. We don't need to worry anymore. Thanks Howard Village!

Great place where I spent 5 enjoyable years. I was Independent Living, but used their assisted living for a few months when needed. A nice thing is you can go back and forth between independent and assisted WITHOUT leaving your apartment. You stay put and services (and costs) change. Made a lot of friends. The residents initiated many of the activities I enjoyed the most, such as Friday night parties. There were many other activities too. My apartment was beautiful, 1000 sq ft, 2 bdms. Staff was very nice and helpful. Food was ok. It used to be really good, but it's hard to keep up quality with rising costs. Meals are optional, 2 meals/day or 18 meals/month. There is a full kitchen with oven/stove, fridge if you prefer to make your own meals. I left only because the level of care I required exceeded the certification of what Howard Village is allowed to provide. I did not want to go there AT ALL, but it was a great decision to move to Howard Village and to call it home for 5 years.

My father stayed here for a period of time, and we had a very positive experience. The staff were consistently kind, compassionate, and respectful. They were also incredibly understanding and supportive when circumstances required him to move to a different facility. We truly appreciated the care and professionalism they showed throughout the process.

Beautiful place, even better after the remodel. Staff are so very kind. Nurse and nursing staff very helpful even if you live independently. This place was recommended by church friends and its easy to see why.
