I placed my husband here this past week and it has been a very pleasant experience Everyone has been wonderful and very attentive. A nice young man named Jordan cut my husbands hair and shaved him. So far it’s been a good experience

My mom has been at Whitely Place for about a month now and I cannot think of a better place to care for her. The caregivers are all wonderful. I also can't say enough great things about Stephen, the Wellness Director. He has taken care of every issue that arises. No place will ever be perfect, but this one is pretty close to it for us!

A nice place. Erica and Wanda are great. Dad is happy here. Housekeeping needs some improvement.. There are a lot of staff changes. They have a lot of activities to stay active and exercise class. They have rehab if needed. The foods ok. As long as Dad is happy I am happy.

Update 9/6/24: my mom has lived in Whitley Place Magnolia Trails (memory care) for two years now, and the staff continues to do such a great job of caring for her. When I first dropped by unannounced to tour before she moved in, I was pleasantly surprised to see how all of the residents in memory care looked - their hair was clean and the ladies’ faces were made up, and everyone was wearing clean clothes. This was such a blessing to see after witnessing the opposite at my mom’s former memory care in San Antonio. I have visited pretty much daily for the past two years, and the residents are always being engaged through fun activities, exercise programs, quiz games, “glam time”, and community gatherings. They have a packed calendar, and the activities director, Lola, and the staff make sure to encourage them to participate. The staff at Magnolia Trails is top notch, especially the lead caregiver, Eliana. She has worked here for six years, and is the most joyful and positive person. She and the rest of the caregivers love the residents like they would their own parents or grandparents. I never see employees sitting down or looking at their phones. They are always fully engaged with and aware of each of the residents’ needs. I am so grateful to have such good care for my mom so close to my home. Whitley Place is a gem in Keller!
