When you are an older adult and you become ill it is vulnerable feeling to know you have to depend on strangers and trust them with your care and rehab. This was my situation after a fall that lead to brain bleeds, many bruises and temporary cognitive decline. It was a scary time for me and my family. The moment we came into Wellmore of Tega Cay Rehab we knew we were in a place that I could be safe, receive therapy and have support as my body recovered. The staff from the admissions, through the care planning, to the amazing meals and the daily floor staff that made everyday a better day for me I was able to recover more quickly than anticipated. The team at Wellmore not only healed my body, they also made sure my heart and mind were cared for! Thank you team Wellmore for provided the highest level of care, an environment of encouragement and making this old lady feel safe, loved and making sure I laughed each day! My family thanks you too for being supportive of their over protective nature and needing to be the “know” about all the details of my care! Fantastic place. Lorries is the best. She is easy to talk to and explains all areas so we can understand them. Sh is friendly and outgoing. CNA'S are the best. They all care for the residents and make sure they are comfortable. PT/OT is outstanding. They take a lot of time with each resident. Overall a very pleasant atmosphere plus the food is very good. Just a great place.

My mom was only at Wellmore for 30 days before she passed but they were a wonderful 30 days. From start to finish, the staff at Wellmore was there for us. Lauren (sales director) was so helpful showing me the facilities and ultimately getting Mom moved in. Julie (med tech) & Shalonda (nurse) were so supportive & comforting to both Mom and myself, especially on Mom’s last day. Mom was blind but she could enjoy some of the amazing events planned by the social director. It was just a great experience from start to finish. Thank you, Wellmore at Tega Cay!

We transferred my grandma (my mom’s mom) to Wellmore of Tega Cay from another local facility, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The staff provides individualized care and treats her like family, not just a resident. Their compassion, attentiveness, and genuine concern mean so much to us—she’s in the best hands.
