My mom has lived at Waterhouse the past 9 months. She is receiving compassionate and attentive care from the dedicated staff of caregivers. Our family feels she is in a safe and nurturing environment. The activities and enrichment provided is excellent especially made fun by activities leader Diana . A full day of hands on games, crafts and mental and physical activities with weekly live entertainment makes this place different than other memory care facilities. Waterhouse has made big strides in hiring quality staff in key positions in the past 6 months and positive changes are evident. Memory care is a challenging environment to manage and lead, and it’s not going to be perfect, but there is passion and commitment amongst the employees. I confidently recommend that you come take a tour when looking for a home for your loved one.

Our family is so grateful for the wonderful care my mom has received at Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care. Since she moved in earlier this year, the entire team has shown such professionalism, compassion, and respect. I won’t say any community is perfect—there are so many moving parts day to day that perfection isn’t realistic. But Waterhouse Ridge truly feels like a well-oiled machine. Any time something hasn’t met my expectations, I’ve reached out, and the team has responded quickly and professionally. We looked at a few memory care communities around Beaverton, and Waterhouse Ridge just felt different right away. What stood out most was how active and engaged everyone was.. there’s always something going on, whether it’s music, activities, or just people spending time together. It didn’t feel quiet or stagnant like some of the other places we visited. The staff clearly puts a lot of care into creating a positive environment, and it really shows. We feel really good about choosing this community.
