My mom has lived at Waterhouse the past 9 months. She is receiving compassionate and attentive care from the dedicated staff of caregivers. Our family feels she is in a safe and nurturing environment. The activities and enrichment provided is excellent especially made fun by activities leader Diana . A full day of hands on games, crafts and mental and physical activities with weekly live entertainment makes this place different than other memory care facilities. Waterhouse has made big strides in hiring quality staff in key positions in the past 6 months and positive changes are evident. Memory care is a challenging environment to manage and lead, and it’s not going to be perfect, but there is passion and commitment amongst the employees. I confidently recommend that you come take a tour when looking for a home for your loved one.

I visit several friends—many of whom I’ve known through church for years—across multiple communities in the area, and I can confidently say that Waterhouse Ridge is by far the best. Every time I visit, the residents are truly engaged in meaningful activities, and everyone looks clean, comfortable, and happy. The community has such a vibrant, uplifting atmosphere. They do weekly outings, and they have live music four to five times a week—sometimes even more! Recently, I attended their Friendsgiving celebration, and it was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. You could tell it was a true team effort. All the residents were smiling, surrounded by family and friends, and it genuinely felt like being at Grandma’s house for a big Thanksgiving gathering. It was beautifully put together, very well attended, and deeply appreciated by everyone there. I would highly recommend Waterhouse Ridge to anyone looking for memory care for a friend or loved one. This community doesn’t just provide care—they create moments and experiences that allow families to continue building lifelong memories together.

My mother and I visited a lot of communities before we chose Waterhouse. We wanted only the best for my father. When we toured Waterhouse we instantly could tell that they were one of the best. They had live music and the residents were clean and happy and very engaged. We looked at past reviews and then we met with the ED to ask questions. She made us feel very comfortable with our decision and we decided to move forward. My dad has improved by leaps and bounds. My mom is able to visit and be a wife again. My dad has a lot of new friends that he enjoys spending time with. The staff are already like family to all of us and we are so grateful that they had an opening when we were looking. This was the best decision we ever made.
