The location of Rock Creek is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Residents are wonderful. Turnover in housekeeping and the kitchen has made it difficult for Rock Creek to adequately maintain some services and this has been very disappointing. However, most of the staff that are STILL here, particularly Danielle, Aaron and Hayley are GREAT.

Holiday Rock Creek is an amazing place. It has a very Homey feel and a family oriented environment. The staff is very kind, helpful and accommodating. The food is fantastic and the dining experience is great. You recieve a full menu with salads, entre and dessert. The experience was a cut above. I will be back.

After two years at rock creek I continue to enjoy the experience. Like all community living environments, there are unavoidable conflicts and challenges. Consistently I have found Danielle an invaluable resource for everything from answering questions, finding solutions that appeal to all involved (not an easy task when dealing with (possibly cranky) seniors from multiple generations; and most importantly for many of us Danielle is always supportive and kind. As a retired hospice executive I am in awe of her willingness to pitch in whenever and wherever there’s a need….. and deeply appreciative of her commitment to insuring a quality of life for the residents surrounding her. Thank you Danielle, from a professional perspective and certainly personally !

Our mom has been a resident at Holiday Rock Creek. Upon arrival, we were met with a helpful, courteous and knowledgable staff. I am compelled to share my most recent experience(s) with Hayley Cisco who has returned my inquiries with expediency, professionalism & positivity. For many families, you can possibly relate- Whereby your parent resides in a different state and you solely rely on the staff to guide you through a process or provide information relevant to the ongoing care & well-being of your loved one. When you receive the level of thoughtfulness & genuine concern it helps to alleviate the anxiety one feels when they aren't able to be there in person. I extend my gratitude to Holiday Rock Creek with a special shout out to Hayley for setting my mind at ease & for always offering your help with the matter at hand throughout my times of reaching out. I'm appreciative & hope that those "behind the scenes" know people acknowledge the hard work & dedication put in each & everything day.
