Our Clare Bridge memory care program is industry leading and gives residents the chance to nurture their current skills, explore new hobbies and socialize within our welcoming community.
With memory care, our specialty-trained staff will help with things like dressing, bathing, dining and mobility. Our building was designed from the ground up to provide a safe and home-like environment for your loved one, with easy-to-navigate floor plans, soothing colors and enclosed outdoor spaces. We take a person-centered approach to care and lead residents down a daily path of enrichment, while allowing them to participate in gentle activities like fitness classes, arts and music events and brain-boosting games. And you can take comfort in knowing that our staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to be alerted to an emergency.
Residents will choose their own apartment from a variety of floor plans, each with plenty of natural light, spacious living areas and bathrooms. We’re pet-friendly and encourage seniors to decorate their homes to reflect their personal styles. We also have plenty of communal spaces to relax in, like the fireside living room, charming library and peaceful outdoor courtyard. Additional amenities include an on-site salon, snack shop, walking paths and postal services. And we’ll handle all the cooking, cleaning and home maintenance.
At Brookdale Beaverton, there’s always something to do, whether it’s celebrating a resident’s birthday, taking a holiday-themed arts and crafts class or getting pampered with a manicure. Oh my Gosh, where do I start and end? My wife and I moved to Oregon from Florida to find a cure for her early onset dementia. We sold everything we owned to do this. Little did we know, there would never be a cure. I started reaching out for help on Neighborhood platform. This only lasted about 2 years before Mel was no longer able to reason with. With the support of a friend-colleague we found Brookdale. This was scary leaving her there plus I felt like a failure as a wife. Over time, I was sent pictures of my lovely wife laughing, mingling with her friends, and the staff caring deeply for Mel. My worry no longer lingered. Yes, qualifying for Medicaid every few months was quite stressful but the financial team got me through it! My Mel recently passed away on Nov 30th. She was with Jesse, whom loved her dearly. Plus, she was very close to Danni.. These nurses rock Brookdale and your loved one is LITERALLY LOVED AS FAMILY at Brookdale by EVERYONE. The process of moving her into her new life in Heaven went smoothly as well. The funeral parlor and Brookdale are teamed up and well trained to help families get through this ending life process. Brookdale is a place I would have my family live in for sure. Delaney and Tara was always ready to lend a helping hand with the finances. I am forever grateful and I will NEVER FORGET this entire team! EVER! I love all of them. Mel was the age of 65 when she passed. The youngest resident they had ever cared for. I’m now a 53 year old widow and my name is Jenn DeBono. Thank you

My Mom had been to 5 different places. They were all terrible! My Mom has now been at Brookdale Beaverton for 1 year and she loves it there! They specialize in dementia care and have the most caring and considerate staff. My Mom is not a number she is a person and they treat her like one. I am so grateful for this facility and all their caregivers!

When my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and needed support, she lived with me as long as she could. When the level of her care reach the point when she could no longer be safely cared for at home, we found Brookdale Senior Living and felt it fit everything we were looing for. The carefully thought out floor plan, the active living environment, the attentive staff, and more gave us a feeling of safety, comfort and peace of mind. The facility was bright, cheerful and had a homey feeling. My mom settled in and appeared happy and engaged as much as she could. The staff at Brookdale living made both my mother's and my transition easier.
