I also wouldn't give this place any stars. There are maybe two good employees in the entire campus! My Grandma was there. She moved into the villas. Was walking on her own. Went down hill so fast. Fell once and after their procedure for entering the villa didn't work and they busted her door down she never felt secure after that. They sold us a line of bull. She then went to the rehab part and they were just as bad. She's diabetic and was supposed to have Glucerna and they couldn't understand why her sugar was 500. When I came in at 8am and seen the Ensure on her bedside table that could be one explanation for the high blood sugar. Then the rude techs that flip the blankets in her 92 year old face. I really could go on and on. If you are not there you really don't know what may happen to your loved ones. Most people are not nurses and need these type of facilities for these type of situations but when you can't trust that your loved ones are being treated at least with dignity and respect let alone being given the life saving measures they are sent there for what is the purpose of being there?

Had a knee replacement and a post op issue, went to Waterford for inpatient physical therapy. I must say this is the most friendly place or hospital or rehab I have ever been. I worked in hospitals many years of my life. They were friendly to me, with each other, even the maintenance and cleaning crews were very friendly and welcoming to patients. Physical therapy department was the best I give them an A++. I spent one month in inpatient and have continued my outpatient therapy with them. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Even the meals were very good. It is hard for me to find something even to complain about. The nurse practitioner I had Michelle was wonderful, it was the best most mature pain management post surgery. Adrian in PT was excellent and still is. Others in PT were great as well. If you ever need rehab, go to Waterford. This is the first Google review I have ever written.

I would not give this place any stars. My brother who had his leg amputated less than a week before arriving there and to go all night without pain medicine because there was not a nurse that could get that to him. They also left him on a toilet over 45 minutes because not enough staff to come and help him. The first day he went there as I walked in I heard a Nurse being very short and snippy with him. On another day, I heard a nurse complaining about one of the other patients and she just wasn’t going to tolerate what she had to do for her that somebody else could go take care of that patient. I believe their whole staff needs to learn more compassion and understanding of patient needs. Most importantly, if they don’t have enough staff, they should not be Taking on more patients. I would not recommend this place to anyone

My mom (Judy Herman) spent several weeks in rehab at Waterford Place last fall after a hospitalization, and then for the last eight months of her life this year. Our family was always warmly welcomed by staff, and I enjoyed doing activities with her. The Waterford bus driver took her to doctor appointments, which made it easy for me to just meet her at the doctor's office. The COVID restrictions kept me from visiting for months, and during that time, staff members reached out every week to report on Mom and ask if WE needed anything. I appreciated their care for the whole family. As soon as visits were allowed again, the staff did everything possible to keep us comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, and for the months when Mom didn't have much to look forward to, she loved the meals. Staff members placed bird feeders outside of each resident's window, giving residents something else to look forward to and discuss with family. We were allowed to remain in Mom's room around the clock for the two days before she died, and MANY staff members came by to talk to her in her sleep or caress her face or tell us that they had prayed daily with Mom. They also comforted the family and treated Mom's body with respect after she passed away. The nurses and physical therapy staff were excellent, especially with her wound care. I highly recommend Waterford Place to anyone looking for complete physical, emotional, and spiritual care for their loved one.
