Really pleased with the level of care and professionalism my loved one receives at Wellbrooke. They've been very helpful and understanding when it comes to her specialized care and needs. I've had meals with her and the food and menu are pretty good too! Thank you to the staff!

Not enough nursing staff. Van driver was running late to take my Aunt to a doctors appointment. I asked for help when I got my Aunt back from ER from her falling to get back to her room and nobody showed up. They put a stained sheet on my Aunt’s bed. I made the bed myself several times so she could get in it. I could go on and on.

A patient coming in for help with balance before going home from the hospital shouldn't end up in worse condition while under the "care" of a facility. The staff acts annoyed at any requests. Call lights aren't answered in a timely manner. So many issues that I won't go into detail about publicly. I regret that my mom was sent here for her rehabilitation. Their good reviews are mostly posted by employees.
