Jefferson Manor

moved here in 2021. Amazing place to live, Senior living, not assisted living. RA’s “resident assistant to can help when needed we have lots of parties. We have a library good food. We have a bus for to take us to doctors appointments and so on if we don’t drive and everyone is helpful I’m rather spoiled. Everyone in management are very helpful if we need any outside, help with papers for VA supplements or make doctors calls for us if we don’t know how or how to greet that doctor we just we just have a lot of fun. We have happy hour winter or twice a week. We have a bus that will take us to doctors appointment we have a housekeeper that comes in once a week to clean our apartment and we have crafts that we may can do. There’s always something going on if you want to do it I mean, you can sit in your room and do nothing but I’m not that way I have my crafts and I like to be around peopleand I don’t know it’s just a really nice place. Nice clean fresh walkway all the way around the building, which is it and on FridaUsually we go on some kind of field trip somewhere and then stop for lunch. I think I said that we have library because anybody that has books if you’ve read it and you don’t want it back you just give it to me put in the library. We have movie night when the Jack rabbits were still here. We went to their games almost every night that they were playing and.

The staff here are beyond amazing! Every time I visit this community I am always reminded just how much the right people can make a difference. They always have so many activities, music , outings , crafts, and just overall entertainment going on that I almost wish I was 20 years older. This community give so much back to the community and puts so much into each resident that it is truly astounding to see the care the staff has. Brooke and the management team ensure safety and satisfaction is sways top of the list. Jefferson manor has given me a restored faith in senior living in Howard county and am so blessed to have our loved ones looked after by their great team.

My 93yr old father recently moved to Jefferson Manor. The staff has been so kind, friendly and helpful! He enjoys the meals, activities and new friends he has made! They made the transition to his new home very pleasant, It's so good to see him happy!! Thank you Nicole and staff.. we appreciate you all!!

The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure residents feel at home. The community is clean and very well maintained.The ED, Brooke, is always out of her office & makes sure families & staff are well cared for. Nicole, Sales Director is wonderful with giving tours and goes above and beyond to ensure prospective residents and their families are heard and well informed about their community. What TRULY stands out is the sense of community—residents enjoy a ton of engaging activities, delicious meals, and opportunities to connect with others. It’s easy to see not only are their residents receiving excellent care but also living a fulfilling and active life. Bonnie, the Activity Director always has a smile on her face & a fresh idea to bring the FUN! The RA Manager is AMAZING to work with, as well, and genuinely cares about residents and their needs. If you’re looking for a senior living community that has a family atmosphere, Jefferson Manor is definitely where you or your loved one would love to call home!
