I have clients who live at Watercrest Spanish Springs, and through my work providing monthly bill paying services, I have had the opportunity to interact with both the residents and staff on a regular basis. Watercrest is truly a wonderful community. The residents are well cared for, the environment is welcoming and beautiful, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent service and support. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of the residents. A special thank you to Jenn, the Sales Director, who is absolutely wonderful to work with. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always willing to help. Her dedication to both residents and their families is evident in everything she does. I highly recommend Watercrest Spanish Springs to anyone looking for an assisted living community that provides exceptional care in a warm and supportive environment

My experience with Watercrest Spanish Springs has been top notch! I have been there on several occasions for events and meetings. The interior is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and overall pleasant. It is obvious that they care about their residents- addressing each by their name. Highly recommend speaking to Jennifer Hutt to learn more about what they offer and if it’s the right place for your loved one.

Jennifer is the epitome of professionalism, compassion, and community-minded service. She is conscientious, approachable, truthful, insightful, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of the residents and families she serves. From the moment we met her, she made us feel welcomed, informed, and supported. What stands out most about Jennifer is her unwavering positivity. I have never seen her without a smile, and her warm, friendly demeanor which immediately puts people at ease during what can often be a difficult and emotional transition. Watercrest Spanish Springs is a wonderful option for individuals seeking great care in assisted living. It is a welcoming community where the staff works beautifully as a cohesive team. The residents are pleasant and active, the food is excellent, and the location is ideal. My mother lived here several years ago and I now bring my client who are looking for care. I highly recommend Watercrest Spanish Springs!
