We have visited Assist building. The building structure, service, program was excellent and people in their were all looked happy and joyful. The experience became more special with great tour guided by Brenda. Her explanation were full of information and joy. Really great experience and hope our parents will love it as well.

Nice facility and staff but haven’t had anyone communicate with me about my loved ones progression plan of care or estimated time of release. Admission and payment arrangements were not coordinated properly. And there were some difficulty getting the transfer into the facility.

My husband is in Freedom Pointe rehab in the villages, recovering from a broken hip. I don’t know how Medicare ranks their facilities, but I must say this one is superior to some of the 5-star rated ones here in TV! The facilities are comfortable and inviting, the staff is caring and the kitchen is amazingly accommodating (good food, too!)! Lots of activities available for those who can and want to participate. Is everything perfect? Of course not, but this Team is working hard on it!!

I have been in Freedom Pointe Rehab for almost 3 weeks now and I can not express enough what a kind, caring, compassionate, helpful staff they have. The activities ladies Cassie and Sue arrange for a wide variety of activities. The nurses all of them have been so nice to me. The aids are so helpful in any needs you may have. The therapists are outstanding in helping me with all the tools I need to go home and be successful. Even the housekeeping staff are friendly and nice to me. Thank you so much for employing such a wonderful staff. This was my 2nd stay here and I would choose Freedom Poibte Rehab again if I needed it. Thanka again. Sincerely Toni Gillenwater Room 170.
