Starting Price Independent living - $5,595 Assisted Living - $4,995 Memory Care - $4,995
The independent monthly fee includes a continental breakfast plus lunch or dinner, utilities (gas, electric, heat, a/c, water, basic cable/satellite, telephone, and Wi-Fi), housekeeping services, linen service, scheduled transportation, uncovered parking, groundskeeping, social and wellness programming, and maintenance. Visiting for dinner was a wonderful experience. My husband and I got to see some familiar faces, whom we dearly love; and we even made a few new friends. It's great to know how well cared - for our friends are at Highpoint. The food was delicious, especially the almond cream cake; and the service in the dining hall was pleasant and professional. I really liked watching some of the residents, as the serving staff greeted each one with a smile and a cheerful attitude. Furthermore, they were all very accommodating to any special requests. It is always great to see Lesa M., and a big thank you to Barbie.

I worked at the company for 6 months. The management is awful. They fire or run off great people such as myself. The head source of the problem is Bethany the HR manager.. She’s mean, rude and disrespectful, and just evil. She’s like this with the residents and the employees. This place have had four ED’s and four or 5 Director of nurses. They don’t keep staff. They only keep Agency in there because they just don’t care about the well-being of their residents. I complained about the care the resident’s was receiving from certain agency workers, and guess what happened to me I was fired.

Lovely facility with great food but understaffed for assisted living. Absolutely incapable of getting my Mom’s medications correct which was ultimately why she had to leave. An isolated incident I could live with but multiple issues was a sign.

Amazing community, excellent new Executive Director. Warm, welcoming, beautiful. Activities are so much fun!
