Review for Walnut Crossing I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my parent received. From the moment we walked through the doors, it was clear that this place was special. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and skilled, making every resident feel valued and respected. Special thank you to Ms. Sarah who made me feel especially welcomed, as if I was one of her own family members. The facility itself is warm and inviting, with a variety of comfortable common areas that encourage social interaction among residents. Under staffed and management is rude. Chalio failed health test in kitchen. residents fall and lay on floor all night and end up being sent to hospital
