Whether you choose us for assisted living or independent living, you’ll pick from a range of options for floor plans. Some are quaint and cozy. Some are small but spacious, with dedicated studies. Some are large, up to a 2-bedroom plan with 1,160 square feet. Because we’re pet-friendly, your best friend is welcome as a resident as well.

As an assisted living resident, engage in an active social calendar and a life of leisure and independence while receiving the personal assistance you need. We’ll also take care of housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to scheduled appointments, as well as all meals.

    My Loved Ones & I are so grateful for the dedicated staff at Traditions of Smyrna . Each staff member continues to provide excellent care and consideration to Joann every day in every way. From housekeeping to the nursing staff, all of the personnel make it a point to learn about each resident’s needs and their likes & dislikes. We love Lyn so much as she listens! Their occupation is a true calling!

    My parents moved in over a week ago and i can't say enough about this place. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is very good. They have done everything to make my parents feel at home. The staff is great but a special shoutout to Tawanna. She has gone above the call of duty to make our experience great. She is an angel.

    Traditions of Smyrna offers a wide range of opportunities for growth by means of physical and occupational therapy as well as a variety of activities and entertainment that makes life more productive and enjoyable! All this is available under one roof no matter what the weather may be. Good food, comfortable living conditions, and fellowship with new friends! Above all, I appreciate the compassionate care of the staff!
