Whether you choose us for assisted living or independent living, you’ll pick from a range of options for floor plans. Some are quaint and cozy. Some are small but spacious, with dedicated studies. Some are large, up to a 2-bedroom plan with 1,160 square feet. Because we’re pet-friendly, your best friend is welcome as a resident as well.
As an assisted living resident, engage in an active social calendar and a life of leisure and independence while receiving the personal assistance you need. We’ll also take care of housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to scheduled appointments, as well as all meals.

I have recently placed clients at this facility that I visit every week. I am so impressed with the care provided to the clients, the friendliness of the staff, the Administrator who is DYNAMIC, the food staff and THE FOOD, and the facility is EXTREMELY clean. The environment is warm and inviting each time I have entered the building. When my client was asked about his experience of living at Vitality by the his Doctor, he responded, "I love it, and they treat me like a KING! That in itself was confirmation to what I have seen during each one of my visits there. Thank you Vitality staff!

We toured recently for a family member, The staff was patient and kind, very understanding, willing to commodore for future references, and had so many friendly and happy faces staying there! We were able to even eat lunch and the food was really good for the day! Catfish, a Grilled Cheese, some fries, Peas and Carrots, and a nice peach sort of dessert. Very clean and the tour was very informative!

Where do I begin. Omg Tawanna went above and beyond for my mom who is a potential resident at Vitality. She came to see my Mom for her initial visit and our power was out from the bad weather. She brought her food and battery powered lights and visited with her most of the afternoon. She is the kindest, most caring person you could ever meet. We went this past week for a tour and loved the facility. They had a popcorn wagon, drinks, and snacks set out for the resident and guests all the time. We rode in the golf cart to the building where my mom is potentially going to live, and looked at a model room that was absolutely adorable. Tawanna was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient and answered all of our questions. She knows all the residents and their pets names… everything. Visiting with her will make you want to live here. I know my mom will be happy and safe here, which is huge. You just can’t put a price on knowing your loved ones are in good hands and having peace of mind. We love you Tawanna ❤️
