At Vitality Living Pleasant Hills, we’re here to support residents’ needs, as well as their interests, with a calendar filled with a variety of activities and engagement. Families will find peace of mind by knowing that their family members are well taken care of and enjoying life.

Whether you choose us for assisted living or independent living, you’ll pick from a range of options for floor plans. Some are quaint and cozy. Some are small but spacious, with dedicated studies. Some are large, up to a 2-bedroom plan with 1,160 square feet. Because we’re pet-friendly, your best friend is welcome as a resident as well.

As an assisted living resident, engage in an active social calendar and a life of leisure and independence while receiving the personal assistance you need. We’ll also take care of housekeeping, laundry, and transportation to scheduled appointments, as well as all meals.

    Vitality did an awesome job honoring and celebrating their veteran's on Wednesday not to interfere with the national hoilday. It was truly heart warm and tears were shed at the gesture that out Veterans have not been forgotten! The decorations were fitting with the residents being recognized with certificates. A poem was read "l Am a Veterans, made us cry with honor. Thanks to Deborah McLane especially for helping pull this together Day to honored them officially in our presence. God bless America.     I have recently placed clients at this facility that I visit every week. I am so impressed with the care provided to the clients, the friendliness of the staff, the Administrator who is DYNAMIC, the food staff and THE FOOD, and the facility is EXTREMELY clean. The environment is warm and inviting each time I have entered the building. When my client was asked about his experience of living at Vitality by the his Doctor, he responded, "I love it, and they treat me like a KING! That in itself was confirmation to what I have seen during each one of my visits there. Thank you Vitality staff!

    I have been so impressed with Vitality Senior Living, the programs, the apartments but most of all, the friendliness of the staff. Deborah McLane is so upbeat and always is presenting wonderful programs for the residents and the community. Most recently, the Veteran's Day luncheon, honoring the resident veterans, was very special.

    I had the best time at Vitality Living sharing with the residents and Veterans during our Veterans Celebration! The food was delicious and the staff was courteous and caring! I was pleased and I smiled the entire time! I was blessed to be in the company of fellow comrades. Thank you Ms. McLane and Sis. Darretta.
