This place is fantastic! Everyone is so kind and compassionate! It’s a great community! Terry, the activities director, does a wonderful job planning engaging activities for all the residents. Andover is truly a hidden gem in Little Rock

Well, my review has changed….for the Better….just when I thought management didn’t care and was mean…..guess what?? I was wrong. They addressed all my issues and worked hard to solve my complaints. Yes!! They truly did, in a very understanding caring and professional way. Now, I’m happy to say…..all the problems and complaints I Had…Are truly No Longer There!! I want to give Ms Freda from corporate and Miss Samantha, our general manager, and Mostly take my hat off and hugs to our office manager, Ms Lydia!! She has been here for over 5 years, does some of Everything even above what she’s supposed to, and is an extremely hard worker. Actually I don’t think she gets near enough credit for her outstanding work, she does here and for Us….the residents, whom she Truly Honestly Deeply cares and Has A Good Heart to take care of us!! And let me add she has a wonderful sense of humor!! You get her rolling, and you yourself will not be able to laugh along!! Not many managers Anywhere are too busy and too straightfaced to crack a smile!! Don’t get me wrong she’s very professional and does her job and work with utmost dedication and loyalty In all of that she’ll Still be able to find some humor and laughter even in the midst of business! Yep she’s a rare one Of the best Im grateful And appreciate knowing and having her for us residents here. Miss Lydia,,, Thank you…..You are Great!!!

Kendria was our hostess during the tour for possible living arrangements at Andover. She did not disappoint in the slightest way. Kendria made every effort to make our tour very special. Showing us many different apartments and giving us very useful information she truly went above and beyond. We have not convinced Dad to move at this point but will definitely keep Andover on our list of best options. Thank you Kendria. It was a pleasure meeting you. Sincerely Coni Kubli
