Andover Place

The staff at Andover Place are very friendly, knowledgeable, and are helpful when you are in need of information. I Loved the environment here; from staff to management to residents the hospitality is amazing. The staff really love the residents like they are their own family. It’s clean and everyone was well taken care of and happy.

The staff and The coordinator of Activities is one of the Best . Always fun things for the residents to be active. .. Beautiful place ..Great Family feeling ❤️.

I think that this place is most likely bribing residents to leave positive reviews. Honestly, how many seniors do you know that use Google reviews otherwise? I helped an elderly friend move into this place and could not believe the condition of the apartment. It was absolutely disgusting, pee all over the toilet seat, gross shower, dust on all the shelves, dead bugs in every corner of every room (spiders and flies and beetles, I didn't see any roaches). This place isn't staffed 24/7 and is supposed to be locked and secure at night, but in reality you can access the front doors of the building at literally all times. (I don't want to reveal how on this site and put residents at risk, but it is very easy to do and staff should be able to figure it out of they take the time to try) They allow pets but have basically no grass for dogs to potty on. The apartment had several very sloppy repairs that they apparently didn't even try to make look good. Some things were just left broken with no attempt to repair. Food portions are small, I haven't tried it myself so can't speak for the quality, but saw my friend's plate and honestly feel like it's pretty messed up to give residents so little to eat for any meal, but especially dinner since this facility doesn't have an open kitchen 24/7 and residents have to make it until breakfast before eating again (or keep food in their apartment). Overall this place is like a cheap hotel but even grosser. And while it may seem like a cheap option compared to other places, by the time you factor in extra costs for housecleaning (which is not included in the monthly rent), you can go somewhere else where the rent may be higher but housekeeping is included and the facility is much nicer.

Love this place , the residents and staff are overall just good people. The facility is beautiful. The staff have made me feel welcome and appreciated. I have only been here a few short months and am loving and loved by so many . I have an outlet to share my God given gifts . The activity director, Terry has allowed me to use my creativity, I so appreciate that . I hope that it is my final home on earth .
