A long-term care ombudsman helps residents of a nursing facility and residents of an assisted living facility resolve complaints. The help provided by an ombudsman is confidential and free of charge. To speak with an ombudsman, a person may call the toll-free number 1-800-252-2412.

I'm not going to paint the picture that my Mom is sweet and easy to work with. She is not! For this reason, we needed a facility to understand and work with us for her best care. Starting from our first visit, Vitality was impressive. We were able to get Mom moved in and transitioned easily. She has now been there over a year, and we have had ZERO incidents with Vitality. My Mom is another story! They have been consistent in their care and concern for her health, as well as checking in on her when she fails to show up for dinner or activities. Having a medical team on staff is a true asset and helps us understand her medications and adjustments more fully. Thank you for EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend this facility! Vitaliy is awesome! My dad and step mom have lived at Vitality for about 1 year. Our experience has been great. Everyone is extremely caring, helpful and compassionate. Tonight, they hosted a family dinner for all of the residents and guests. It was a wonderful experience. Transitioning to assisted living can be a difficult one but Vitaliy truly has made this journey for my dad a very smooth one. It feels like home to him.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by friendly and smiling faces at Vitality Court Texas Star. The community is beautiful with an amazing courtyard and a pond that even has turtles! There were several spacious apartment styles, and I enjoyed seeing the activities going on during my tour. This is my top choice for my grandmother.

Here's the thing I used to work there I'm not going to give a good review because my experience there was terrible I got no help over there even when I asked and I injured my back because of it. cause I had no choice but to put the resident in bed and not only that they would leave the residence on the floor for worse and not help them at all they were framed other people and get them in trouble to get fired just like they did with me.... To me they are Wolf's in sheep's clothing. And get this recertainly I've heard that they left a resident on the floor 44 hours in memory care and they still talk c*** about me behind my back or at least one of the charging nurses do.... I truly loved those residents But when something happens to them like they fall on the floor and I hear of this I get so upset Vitality cannot be trusted..in my opinion...
