Love the housekeeping staff Rosa is one of the best there is she takes very good care of my apartment. Always friendly always got a smile. The office help is wonderful. We still have a bit of problem with the kitchen, but it’s getting better. We got a new chef about three months ago and he’s doing a wonderful job.

I have lived at Parkview for 9 months, I like my apartment. It was completely redone. The things I don’t like are: Carpeting is depressing all over. Hallways are depressing. Other places have pictures that you can relate to. All these modern pictures in every room should be thrown out. Decorations are modern and stupid. The people here are from the. 40s and. 50’s etc. Make it homey

People here are very nice — staff and the residents. My housekeeper Rosie does an excellent job. The apartment manager I— Tommy— is good and very likable. The maintenance men have been prompt with my requests.

I like how Parkview Allen takes care of any issue that is turned in. And cleaning personal (Rosie) takes so much pride on how she cleans my room, making my experience with her a pleasant one. She does an ext job !!
