Our Allen neighborhood was our first neighborhood to open in May 2005. This neighborhood is nestled back on a quiet cul-de-sac residential street with beautiful trees and across from the actual Mustang Creek. We have 6 houses in this neighborhood with 5 Assisted Living homes and 1 home that specializes in Memory Care. We have continued to win best Assisted Living and Memory Care by the local Allen community since we opened. This community is well known with a wonderful reputation and highly sought after due to the high level of commitment to seniors. It has been an honor to serve Allen seniors for so many years.

My stepmother spent the last 15 months of her time on Earth at Mustang Creek Estates. Every person there was helpful, kind, and incredibly caring toward her and all of us family. They walked us through all aspects of her declining health and care needs with respect and kindness making everything so much easier for us all. So many times we were gently guided toward decisions that helped so much. On a daily basis the houses are kept clean, comfortable, and filled with great food. The design of multiple smaller houses works out so well! Thank you to all the staff, especially the director Ashley for all they do!

Mustang Creek Estates Allen feels like home. Ashley and Heather are wonderful! They’re easy to work with and make you feel welcome. I feel very comfortable and at ease that my Dad will be well taken care of. I recommend MCE-Allen to families looking for great care for their elderly family members.

My mom recently moved in and she loves the place! She has Alzheimer’s and the caregivers from the house staff, office personnel down to the maintenance folks are such wonderful people. The grounds are well maintained, the food is delicious and the services provided give me the peace of mind knowing I made the right choice (coincidentally, I have a friend who placed their parents elsewhere and I’ve been talking them into making the switch to Mustang). Anyway, visits with my mom are pleasant and we enjoy everything so far.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care my mother-in-law has received since moving into the Mustang Creek Estates. From the moment we began the process, Ashley, the Executive Director, went above and beyond to guide us through every detail, making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and supported. The staff here is truly exceptional—caring, patient, and attentive. It’s clear they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it shows in the way they interact with residents and families. The entire community has a warm, family-like atmosphere that gave us peace of mind right away. One of the things we appreciate most is the consistent communication. We receive regular updates about my mother-in-law’s care, needs, and overall well-being, which means so much to us. Knowing she’s in such capable and compassionate hands has been a tremendous comfort.
