Vintage Desert Rose Senior Apartments

I read reviews when selecting a property. I took notice of several one star ratings from people who had a family member pass and you were immediately locked out of your loved ones property. It is not the apartment complex that has made this rule. Your loved one was probably told about it at time of lease signing. When the tenant passes, their apartment and belongings must be secured for a period of no more than thirty days or until court ordered for any "legal probate issue" to be resolved. Then your loved one would have provide one name of someone who can enter the apartment to remove belongings when allowed. Harsh yes, but these are laws not rules they are abiding by. As for only one day to remove items, that's possible but not probable, without reason. Sorry it happened to you and your families, but know it was not a decision that was made by anyone at the complex.

I have lived here almost 14 years and have no intention of moving. I like my apartment. It would be nice if the front gate closed, if all the property lights worked and the system that opens the clubhouse doors automatically (installed less than 6 months ago) worked for the handicapped. The company that fixed my problem did a good job.

Staff is very Flip flop they tell you what they think you want to hear A lot of lies never followed through on something as simple as a bird pooping down on my entry way to my apartment Always having to see what Pest Control gonna do Which is a joke! My 2 bedroom downstairs is decent can't complain Car window was broken they tried to steal it because of the model its a known theft car Exit gate is open 24 7 which makes it easy for Theiven heathens to come on property and violate those that live here Rent is affordable Low rate rent programs qualify It has Smoking rules my Neighbors don't respect they run in the Apartment when I come out so I can't tell them When my door is open I don't want to smell your smoke I don't recommend this place because from my experience and listening to others they don't fixs the issue Only nice thing they do have activity for the Elderly I have yet to participate because I'm not as old as they are
