Red Rock Pointe Retirement Community

I toured the facility and had a great experience. Marivic was welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us an excellent tour. Everyone we met on the team was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The community is beautiful and has a caring, inviting atmosphere with modern facilities and amenities. I look forward to working with Marivic and the team, and I highly recommend Red Rock Pointe to anyone considering senior living in Las Vegas.

Fantastic place with wonderful people. Mom made many friends here and enjoyed the plentiful activities, including field trips, banquets, and exercise classes. In getting to know other grown children of residents, I can advise the consensus is that Red Rock Pointe exceeds expectations again and again. Everyone looked out for both Mom and her dog, which gave great peace of mind. Managers Elizabeth and Glenn set the tone for a warm, welcoming environment. John the Activities Director is always creating amazing fun and laughter with the sweetest sincerity. Bonnie was housekeeper for Mom’s apartment but also entertained Mom’s dog at times and kept a close eye on Mom without being intrusive. So many blessings. When Mom relocated, Glenn made a point of advising they would welcome her back any time. Total class!

This is only the second time I have been here to visit my Mom since her arrival at the end of June ‘25 but both times I have been amazed with the staff here! On this visit, 20 minutes after my arrival, my mom fell back onto the toilet and broke the reservoir! Water was everywhere even though I was in there instantly to turn the water off! I called downstairs and let Bambi at the front desk know. By the time we returned from dinner, the new managers Penny and Don had the toilet replaced and all was well! The entire staff goes above and beyond to make everyone welcome. Thank you and special shout outs for Jeff at the front desk, Vonn, Dean, Stephanie and Yvonne in the kitchen and dining room! They are all special angels that I am so thankful are part of a team that takes care of my mom and so many other guests here! -Emily Peak Whitehead

My mother moved into Red Rock when the property first opened. She was eager to engage in the activities while maintaining her independence. Over her five years at Red Rock, management went through a number of changes, with the final team in March 2024 being among the most difficult to deal with. Original documents were lost by management and commitments for improvements and accommodations were not respected. Caregiver responsibilities were made much more difficult (and thereby more expensive for us) because of controls they put in place. Room service was spotty and dietary requests ignored with food frequently arriving cold. The property is very lovely but table service was largely replaced by cafeteria style service which was very difficult for my mother (the servers were very happy to assist, but table service disappeared in COVID and didn't re-appear as a daily service). The shuttle was frequently out-of-service, often for weeks at a time. No accommodations seemed apparent. There were many staff workers who were wonderful and provided attentive services. But, the last management team we dealt with was cold and difficult. Our final months were fraught with feigned care and bureaucratic indifference.
