Silverado Red Rock Memory Care Community

I just toured Silverado Memory Care with Melissa Colby, and I’m absolutely blown away! The level of individualized care they provide is truly exceptional, thoughtfully tailored to each resident’s needs and desires. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it feel like home. Their team is nothing short of angels!

Silverado Red Rock is a great facility. We reviewed several facilities for our Mom and the choice was obvious. Great staff, extremely well care, and tons of activities. Mom is engaged in activities every time I come and visit. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. They have event lunches every month and each venue is top notch. I would highly recommend Silverado Memory Care if you are looking for outstanding care and compassion for your loved one (s).

It’s been about one year since I moved my mom to Silverado. My cousin and I visited 7 Memory Cares in Las Vegas. Full transparency, my mom can be “difficult”. I love her but the truth is the truth and very important. As soon as we walked into Silverado we knew. The transition was rough to say least. The leadership and staff knew exactly how to handle our situation. Fast forward to yesterday. My mom said, “I think I’ll move here”. Thank you Silverado for the peace of mind you give us all!

After trying to manage Mom’s cognitive decline, including moving her to “independent living” with daily help and services, we reluctantly determined we needed to put Mom into residential dementia care. We visited facilities in three different states close to family and found Silverado to be head and shoulders above the ones we visited in terms of size of the community (not too big or small), expertise and quality of services compassionately provided (including the Nexus program), nice rooms and amenities. After an initial spurt of improvement, Mom’s decline accelerated. And the level of service and care she received was increased accordingly. The staff kept us in the loop at all times, even when we were traveling. We found Izzy and Nadia and Head Nurse Mimi and nurse Michael, together with the all of the rest of the staff, to be angels on earth, who finally allowed us to sleep at night, knowing that Mom was cared for with compassion and dignity. We would not hesitate to recommend Silverado.
