Village on the Park Plano

I had the opportunity to tour Village on the Park Plano with Executive Director Jeanell. I've known her for over five years and have seen her serve in several roles throughout her career. She truly puts her heart and soul into everything she does, and her passion for serving seniors is evident. As someone who refers clients to assisted living communities, Village on the Park Plano will definitely be one of my top recommendations. I have complete confidence that Jeanell will provide exceptional care and leadership.

Beautiful assisted living community in Plano! The community is very clean, smells great, and the residents all seemed so happy. Eriahna has been amazing throughout the entire process! If you’re looking for a great assisted living community in Plano, this is definitely one to consider.

This senior living facility stands out as one of the most exceptional I have encountered. The residents consistently express satisfaction, and the culinary offerings are outstanding. The collaborative efforts of the directors foster a familial atmosphere, ensuring a seamless integration for all prospective residents.

I DO recommend Village on the Park to future residents! In early 2026, we went looking for a place for our elderly father to live. Our requirements were very social atmosphere, private room, and assisted living. We were very happy to select Village of the Park for our father! Eriahna, the sales consultant, always responded to us and worked to get a room selected. Cody works the front desk and learned our names very quickly calling all residents and guests by name. The hall staff took an interest in us asking when our father would be arriving. Everyone, whether it be the residents or the staff, are ALWAYS smiling. We were so excited as we knew our father would excel in this environment! Unfortunately just before moving in, he unexpectantly had to spend a month in the hospital. Despite having chosen a room and moved all his belongings in, the hospital stay made him uneligible to live at The Village. It was at this point in our Village relationship that the manager, Jeanell, made an emergency trip to the hospital to see us. She spent an entire morning while our father was re-evaluated. (I'm pretty sure she knew the result of the re-evaluation; she was just being there for support and willing to accept the decisions of those below her as her responsibility.) She unfortunately had to tell us that our father could no longer move into The Village despite already having his room setup with all his belongs. Sigh... As we frantically began looking for a new place for our father, Jeanell expressed to us that she would request a refund of our fees and the first month's rent which we had already paid. Second, she gave us plenty of time to focus on our father's move before asking us to vacate the room. The only negative experience was that Jeanell had to work for over 2 months to get us the refund she promised from corporate, but it did eventually come. I would say that The Village's success and great ratings that you see here are all based on Jeanell's philosophy for a great place to live and work. Despite she having to say "No" to us, thank you Jeanell for your support! I'm sure your current and future residents thrive in the environment your have created.
