Village at Belmar scores highest marks with our family. Mom lived here for 5 years until she passed away recently. Her pretty room with a bay window and a view of the foothills was a place she truly felt was "home". The social activities at VAB were really enjoyed by Mom and the rest of the family, in particular the Friday happy hours with live music. Also, the family meals and holiday events were consistently fun with great food. The nursing staff was very caring and responsive, especially during Mom's final months when she needed so much. The facility is very welcoming, clean, and full of friendly, helpful staff. We especially appreciated the on site physical therapy Mom was able to get. Thanks so much, Village at Belmar!

We’ve had the pleasure of teaching our Senior Boxing and Live Music Wellness Classes at the Villages of Belmar, and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The residents are engaged, consistent, and bring such great energy to each session. Alexis has been wonderful to work with—organized, supportive, and truly dedicated to resident wellness. The atmosphere at Villages of Belmar is warm, welcoming, and full of life. We’re grateful to be a part of this vibrant community!

Moved my parents into the flats a few months ago. Diego and Erin have been wonderful and very attentive. There were some delays on getting work orders completed and I do understand that there are probably a lot of requests, just wish we'd get a bit more communication on status. We've also experienced quite a few Internet related issues and a couple of power outages (might be more related to the power company). Anyway, mostly a positive experience thus far at Belmar.

What a wonderful community! We spent a lot of time looking for just the right place for my mom after my dad passed away. Village at Belmar keeps everyone busy and active! Mom has made lots of new friends and is close to family, friends, and shopping. Highly recommend this great community!
