I was so pleased with the care and support my mom recived while at Lakewood Reserve. Across the board, I found the staff to be responsive and helpful and the staff always treated my mom with both kindness and respect. A special shoutout to Juan, the driver who provided transportation services for residents, who often went above and beyond to try to help my mom get to appointments. Thank you.

I’m a placement agent, so I visit lots of communities every week with clients. Nikki was wonderfully patient and reassuring to my client on our tour. Her understanding and knowledge of the community stood out, and her commitment to helping families and empowering older adults was notable. This is a nice, modern community with a strong commitment to service, and I look forward to placing clients there. I like the dual license that allows independent residents to transition to assisted seamlessly.

Lakewood Reserve has taken care of my mother with dementia for nearly 3 years and they are fantastic for her. Whitney puts together some great activities -- exercise, parties, musicians, outings, games, etc. Social and physical activities are very important to keeping my mother healthy and slowing the progress of her dementia. Also, the care staff has been very good at keeping on top of my mother's specific needs.

Mom has been here throughout several corporate changes, in her 14 yrs, but Stellar by far, outshines all the others! The administration staff, activity director, Wellness staff, pt.caregivers and med techs,, maintenance crew, cleaning crew and of course, the dining room staff and others I'm sure I've 'not mentioned, have ALL contributed to her comfortable, safe, contented living! We appreciate each and every one~ thank you!
