The Courtyard at Lakewood

This is a wonderful place to live, offering a variety of amenities and services for those seeking more information. Onsite, you'll find companies providing PT/OT services, a General Store with limited basement hours, another business for the resident to hire CNAs, and underground parking. The Courtyard features one- and two-bedroom apartments, with kitchens available on every floor. Residents can enjoy three meals daily in the dining room, including a delightful continental hot homemade breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Stephanie, the General Manager, runs the independent living facility efficiently and maintains strong connections with her residents, hosting a monthly Town Hall meeting to share updates. Jamie leads the billing department and is highly professional, always striving to simplify payments for residents. A concierge greets visitors during normal business hours throughout the week and weekend. Mailboxes and package delivery stations are conveniently located near the Bistro. For added security, the front door is locked after business hours. I strongly recommend this facility for older adults. There's always something happening—Ted, the Resident Committee President, shows movies in the basement, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a small theater. The Activity Director organizes numerous engaging events and is a pleasure to interact with. With many independent living facilities in the Denver area, it's worth checking resident reviews. This pet-friendly community stands out; Stephanie, who loves animals, ensures treats are available for your dogs. Over the past year, I've seen her assist residents with any concerns, always taking the time to find solutions together.

This is a warm welcoming community. Both staff and residents are helpful, friendly, and work at remembering your name. It is pet friendly and I mean FRIENDLY. There are many activities to choose from. I love my apartment and the freedom to be both active and safe. I love being surrounded with grass, trees and flowers.

I have never been to a residential living that is so family oriented. Welcoming any culture into their community. I could see why my grandmother fell in love with this community. The staff is so nice and welcoming with great smiles. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
